We reserve the right to charge you for any missed appointment or late cancellation without a minimum of 24 hours notice.  This will result in a charge of 50% of the quoted service cost or the minimum service cost listed for your desired service (whichever applies to your situation). We respectfully ask that you please reschedule or cancel as soon as possible before the 24 hour minimum for your appointment or you will be charged the cancellation fee. We also reserve the right to charge the cancellation fee if you are more then 10 minutes late for your appointment.

 

This fee will be charged at the time of your missed appointment or late cancellation.
