What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost or the minimum service price.

When are cancellation fees charged?

Any applicable cancellation fee will be charged at the time of the missed appointment or late cancellation. We value your time and ask that you respect ours as well.

Do I need a consultation before booking a color service?

Yes. First-time color clients are required to book a consultation before scheduling their service. This allows us to understand your goals and ensure the correct service and timing.
